Need New Colonial China

Folks,
  I'm looking for a new China for Cat1266 Colonial.
It's a bit of a weak position, but salvageable. It's
the Winter of 1873 (fourth game year) and China is a
three center power with five units (two disbands
required.)
  If you're interested, I'll be happy to send you my
House Rules, a copy of the latest adjudication and a
map.
  Please help this group of players get their game
moving again.
