London ambassador; this post left unfilled. STOP. Turkish Adriatic Fleet assists plight of desperate Austrian
refugees, condemns German atrocities, prevents forcible repatriation by Austrian Army Trieste, presses refugees
into replacement battalions for Army Piedmont. STOP. Turkish Rumanian Army General offers local ceasefire to
opposing German forces, is stripped of rank and then reinstated. STOP. Suleiman II criticizes German foreign
