First off, everyone please meet Gwen.  She's agreed to take over Italy from
Conrad beginning on Monday.  Conrad has indicated that he would like to
continue through then.

Turkish A Livonia has no retreats, disbanded.

 

That's due in 6 hours or it goes OTB.

 

Builds/Disbands for winter:

Germany may build 1 unit.  May build A or F in kie.

Italy must remove 4 units.

Turkey may build 3 units.  May build A or F in ank, con or smy.
