  In the interest of fairness and objectiveness, I feel I must point out the following: 
  There were mistakes in the adjudication.  My corrections are pointed out in red.  They concern the loss of StP by a concerted attack from Austria and Turkey.  This results in the cancellation of the steamroller rule (I urge the Baron to support this point) given that all 4 russian home centers are now lost, the removal of 2 units from Russia and the addition of 2 austrian units instead of 1.
