Hi guys

Once again, sorry about the delay. Anyway, Kurt has indeed NMR'd; according to my House Rules, I defaulted all the NMRing player's forces to hold, and adjudicated France in Civil Disorder. I did consider advertising for a replacement before the adjudication, but I thought I'd better stick to the Rules - that's what they're there for.

I will try to get a replacement for Kurt. I must say that this is most unusual for him; he's usually a really steadfast player and I do hope he's ok. If anyone else has heard from him, or about him, please would they let me know.

Retreats:

French A Kiel can retreat to Ruhr.
French A Munich can retreat to Ruhr or Bohemia.

I could do the retreats myself, of course, but this would simply meant that the replacement player could do a retrospective OTB retreat and confuse things further. Allowing the new player to do the retreats as his/her first action would be much better [after time for Diplomacy of course].

I will advertise now. Deadline will be set on replacement player's arrival.
