Dip 1201 - Winter 1910 adjustments and Draw proposal

Gentlemen,

There is a DIAS [Draw including all survivors] proposal on the table - please vote in this regard with your Spring 1911 orders. Remember that the proposer[s] is/are held do have voted for the draw, an uncast vote counts as a vote against, and that the draw must be unanimously 'for' in order to pass.
