GM NOTE:
One mistake in the Spring adjudication.  I missed the order F Bar s F Nwy - Stp.  F Nwy - Stp now succeeds, dislodging Austria's A Stp, which will be auto-retreated unless I'm otherwise notified.  Sorry everyone.  I'll update the website tonight.
RETREAT:
Austrian A St Petersburg can retreat to Finland or OTB (auto-retreated to Finland)
