Dip 1230 - Question from GM

Gentlemen,

I hate it when this happens. And in the first move of the game, too. I have not heard from Peter [Turkey] at all, since before the gamestart. Please can any players who have had contact with him please let me know [ it will be in confidence, of course!] when was the last time they heard from him - and, if possible if their impression was that he was a serious player. It was certainly my impression from his last mail that he was a keen player, anyway!

Alternatively, Peter, if you are still out there and still want to play, please get in touch with me as a matter of some urgency. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I will have to reallocate your place to one of our Observers.

Sorry about this, guys. As most of you will know, it is not an uncommon occurrence in Dip circles.
