Dip 1193 - Draw proposal

Gentlemen,

I have received a proposal for a Draw Including All Survivors [DIAS]

Please vote regarding this proposal with [or before] your next orders; deadline for Spring 1915 is still 20:00 GMT on Wednesday, 28th September.

If I get a Draw result before that time, I will publish it immediately. Otherwise the result of the vote will be with the next adjudication.

Remember that, as always in my games,  the person[s] who made the proposal count[s] as having voted 'Yes' to the proposal, and that any uncast vote counts as a 'No' unless that player NMRs as well as not voting. Only non-eliminated players' votes count. The vote must be unanimous if the proposal is to pass.
