GM Notes: 

My apologies, Russia sent in updated orders which, unfortunately, got lost in my anxiety to solve the communication problems with Austria.  Although this change will not change the number of builds it may ultimately affect what Russia and Turkey decide to build.  Sorry for the confusion.

Also, Germany did not send in his builds before leaving for his vacation.  So, the build deadline will be extended.  I will be on a business trip October 2nd through Friday October 7th.  So, I am hoping Germany will get his builds to me earlier than his reported return date.  If not, I will see what I can do about posting them while I am on travel.  Please see “Current Deadlines:” for the new time line.
