I'm tellin ya, ya gotta get a fleet into MAR in order
to break the line.  
Fall:

BEL to BUR

Everything else orders more or less as you just did.

Spring:
BUR sup SPA to MAR (this will bounce PIE sup GOL to
MAR)
MAR to GAS

Fall:
GAS/BUR support SPA to MAR
MAO to SPA (sc)
IRI to MAO

There is a risk of losing WME at this time but you
guys 
don't have to follow that exact timeline to make it
work.

Once you have fleets in MAR, SPA, WME, NAF and MAO you
can pop GOL, and I'm sure you can see how to do that.
Right?
