Dip1231: Game Status

All,

I have builds from everyone, except Germany.  As soon as I get them I will post the Winter 1901 adjudication . . . assuming I can get access to the internet in some fashion while on travel.  I will be on travel today (Oct 2nd) through Friday (Oct 7th).

Since I am certain you all are not just silently waiting for the builds to be posted, the deadline for the Spring 1902 season is still 2400 hrs GMT, Thursday, October 13th.  If anyone is aware of any problems associated with this let me know and I will make further adjustments.
