All,

I have been informed that the map and the Turkish and Russian unit locations are in error.  Turkey’s army is in Bulgaria not Rumania and Russia’s fleet is in Sevastopol not Armenia.  Due to my travel status, I will have to correct the problems upon my return.  I apologize for the confusion.
