Here are the corrected orders and map for Dip1231.  My apologies to everyone for the confusion over the last few game seasons; I will endeavor to ensure that it does not happen again.

Please remember that we still have a couple of member countries coming and going over the next week.  So, check the current deadlines to ensure that your preliminary orders are posted with adequate time so that we can avoid any more delays.
