Dip 1230 - Back on track

Hi all

Ok, please welcome our new Turkish leader, Suzanne Castagne. I have not heard from Peter, our previous Turkey, for nearly a week, so it was high time I did something about it! I was under the impression that he would be back soon, but apparently not!!

Now, I have builds in from all players apart from Suzanne. Since this is a no-NMR game, I must allow everybody the chance to diplome for the Winter 1899 turn, prior to the builds, and allow new build orders if the players so require. 

I will be on vacation next week, so I will set the deadline for Winter 1899 builds as 20:00 GMT on Monday, 7th November. Previous build orders will be retained as preliminary orders and will be used in the absence of changed orders. A copy of the latest map is attached for everyone's convenience.
