All,

The game will be delayed until I can chase down a delinquent set of orders.

Unfortunately, it may be late Sunday or sometime Monday before this occurs.  I was notified that the leader of one of our member countries would be on travel.  But, he had intended to provide me with orders before he left and was hoping to conduct communications during his travel.   Since neither has happened, I am inclined to wait for his return.
