Hi all

Ok, I confess to having made a mistake in the last adjudication: Russia's order for the A Rum was to go to Bud not Bul. Sorry about that. I have inputted the information into Realpolitik and the result is the same except that Bud would be left open and Austria would have one build, which would most likely <grin> be A Bud. The only other option would be to leave Bud open; an option I'm sure would not be Adam's first choice :)

Since another move season [the builds] has passed since my mistake, I will leave the adjudication as it is. I just wanted Russia's actual orders to be clear.
