Lady and Gentlemen,

There is a formal proposal on the table for a 2-way draw between Austria and Spain. The proposer is held to have voted FOR the proposal. The vote needs to be a unanimous YES in order to pass.

Please can all surviving players let me know their vote for/against the proposal by the builds deadline on Thursday 3rd August. The proposer does not need to vote.

Players not voting will be considered to have voted NO and the proposal will fail. Sorry, Andrew, but England is not allowed a vote as you have no supply centers left and is therefore considered eliminated.
