Ok, I'd just got up this morning when I did the adjudication. That's my excuse, anyway, for not informing you of what you have already all surmised - the draw proposal failed.

Also, Mike, too, is due a build as well as Adam.

Sorry about that, anyway. The perils of having a human GM ;)
