GM Notes:

We still seem to be having trouble keeping to the deadlines.  My 
family situation prevents me from adjudicating on most weekends, so 
if Friday deadlines get missed, there almost certainly will be a 
delay in getting the results out.  However, I will not change the 
main seasonal deadlines unless forced to do so.  Accordingly, Spring 
moves are still due Wednesday.  Please finish your negotiations with 
alacrity.
