All moves are in but my program does not handle Coasts the
way Diplomacy Adjudicator Test Cases requires.  I will have
the problem fixed by 1800 tomorrow! DATC problems already
fixed: circular movement, Navel kiddnaping (A Gre * Alb)
(*) command for convoyed units added.
Thanks for those great Spanish coastal moves!
