Note from the designer - apparently the Realpolitik files don't have the 
latest map.  I'm going to try and work out how easy it is to update the 
Realpolitik files, but in the meantime, people may want to reconsider their 
preferences in light of the new map, which is attached.

Sorry for the confusion people!
