Apparently there's a bug in the Sengoku Realpolitik code.  I'll review it manually and reissue as appropriate.

  Why did Fleet Atsumi Bay fail to take Owari?  There was nothing that could bounce it.  I should have a build, and Oda should be down one, although up overall due to his ruthless stab of Asakura.

  Press - Down with treacherous Oda.  All Japan should recognize the superiority of the southern alliance, and the  Shogun - Shimazu Yoshihisa.
