Sorry folks, another realpolitik glitch reversed the Iga/Atsumi Bay battle.  Chosokabe F Iga - Atsumi Bay is defeated 2:1 by Oda F Atsumi Bay - Iga and is disbanded.

Choskabe therefore gets a build and Oda only has one retreat to send in.
