GM NOTE:
The proposal was defeated.  Just to reiterate, you can propose a solo victory for one player or you can propose specific players for the GM to select between for a solo.  If the latter proposal is put forward, you can't vote for just one of the players.  Having said that, there was a clear vote against this time, but there was a little confusion.
