Congratulations Gerry you won the game with one SC to
spare! 
All Players past and present are invited to send in End of
Game Statements!  You can begin working on them now while I
fix up some bugs in the Winter code.  

To do before I can send out the Program:
1. Finish DATC testing and Debugging.
--> The one problem that keeps popping up is coastal issues
I am now reprogramming sections of code to fix this!

2. Re-Run the 1030 Game and fix any bugs found! 
3. OutPut and E-Mail the final Winter Results, Game Stats
and End Statements.
3. Reduce and mask the code.
Compile the code.
4. Zip and sendout the Program!

Only those with an unchanged valid E-Mail address will
receive the Program!

Thanks for your help in testing the Game you are all
invited to sign up for another 7 player game or the World
Prize
 Game [15 players $10/ Player, Winners will receive all
money collected less handling costs + Player IOU's].  Those
playing the prize game will also get the next HTML version
of the program.
