working on them now while I make the program Diplomacy

2. Re-Run the 1030 Game and fix any bugs found! 
3. OutPut and E-Mail the final Winter Results, Game Stats
and End Statements.
3. Reduce and mask the code.
Compile the code.
4. Zip and sendout the Program!

Only those with an unchanged valid E-Mail address will
receive the Program!

Thanks for your help in testing the Game you are all
invited to sign up for another 7 player game or the World
Prize
 Game [15 players $10/ Player, Winners will receive all
money collected less handling costs + Player IOU's].  Those
