My target date is March 7 to have everything completed and
sent out.  You can download the rules in an easy to use
format from my web site. Program is 100% DATC acceptable,
Non convoy moves are 100% preferred outcome, Convoy moves
because I use the one route dislodge method, are 100%
acceptable with no paradoxes, but only 68% preferred
outcome.

To do before I can send out the Program:
1. Finished DATC testing and Debugging.
2. Re-Run the 1030 Game and fix any bugs found! 
3. Output and E-Mail the final Winter Results, Game Stats
and End Statements.
4. Rewrite the Rules. [Almost done]

5. Reduce and mask the code.
6. Compile the code.
7. Zip and send out the Program!
