Engineer Diplomacy: Progress Report - Program Compiling!

Have figured out how to get around the 64K restrictions. 
The three manuals are very badly written and do not explain
how one module's main code can be called from another. 
After experimenting with my programs and multi-modules I
can not get ones which use dimmed arrays to work outside of
the main module.  Still there are enough simple procedures
to reduce my code using multi-modules. 
Steps:
Now At:

For each Program:
A. Move procedures without Dim Statements to a sub module.
B. Test the Program.
E. Compile the program.

Send them to the players.
