The bug in the TEST DPjudge that was preventing JOINs is now addressed.  I
won't go into details, but part of the problem had to do with one of the new
features of the new variant (Ambition & Empire) so God help us.  That's what
playtesting is for, I suppose!  Anyway, you can now JOIN if you're a
volunteer, and if you're not, you should be -- we need about four or five
more suckers!
