un-dummy a power?

	Hi all,

First time DPPD GM here.  I had a player drop out and I dummied his  
position, but now I can't un-dummy it. The checkbox is greyed out.  I  
tried to check the "resign" box but that threw up a Judge error.  I  
sent in a "Resign" email command but that didn't work either.   Any  
ideas?
