I think you can get maps using

SIGNON as usual
MAP
SIGNOFF

This will get you the .gif.  If you say MAP PDF, you'll get the PDF, and if
you ask for MAP PS, you'll get the PS.

Sam and I don't necessarily have any power to fix it if we can figure out
what's wrong, but we're looking at why the Web interface isn't responding.
