That's going to be the relay on diplom.org. The most expensive
part of the process is Spam filtering. On USAK, I've found that I can
dispense with that if I just don't send error messages to email
addresses that aren't registered on the server. If you set up USDP that
way then I'll follow up with Millis to see if he can relay mail to USDP
directly without content filtering or greylisting. It will still be
slower than direct mail because it goes through 2 servers instead of
one, but it can be significantly faster.
