Web-enabled Game Creation

Currently, we have 50 games still open with an average wait time of 29 weeks.  It used to be three days with no more than 20 open games.  Most of this influx is due to the web-enabled game creation I implemented last year.  As a result of this plethora of open games, I have disabled the create game button until further notice.
