Google App Engine

I was setting up GAE to play around with an idea that had come up about running DPJudge as an app in Google Wave and I discovered that a lot of Diplomacy related Application Identifiers were already in use, including "dpjudge".

That either means that someone is squatting on App Ids or that I'm missing out on something. So who's working on a App Engine Dip Judge?
