Creating a private game

Hi there,

I understand that there is a glut of forming games (although it doesn't 
appear to be too bad, looking at forming/waiting standard games), but 
I'm trying to use the CREATE command to form a private game for some 
friends, and I'm not getting any response from the dpjudge via email.

Can one still create games at this point?  Is there a reason why the 
dpjudge isn't responding?  Any suggestions would help.
