Of course you'd say that. You're in on it. ;)

Honestly, I hope it doesn't go there. Often it does come down to not
being invested in the game enough to make good moves or players making
"irrational" moves by another player's standards because they are of
different skill levels.

Speaking to this last point, there's a need for a Perl programmer to
work with the Judge Diplomacy Player Rankings. I took over as interim
maintainer of the JDPR last year in order to see whether it was
possible to "catch up" the ratings with the available code, but it's
going to require reverse engineering other peoples' Perl code to
figure out the workflow. In the absence of a current ratings system,
it's much more common to have these kinds of accusations.
