I wonder how many (few?) people realize that the Pouch and the DPJudge
are on different machines. The technology isn't too hard to put it
all together, but the performance and reliability wouldn't be too good
unless both were on the same network. I'd estimate the price tag for
this wish list to be $800/year plus labor.

If the Pouch competes with the nJudges and other servers by being more
closely coupled with USDP then that diminishes its ability to serve
the hobby as a whole because it will be harder to get content and
visitors from those "other" sites. Also, going vertical would mean
giving up on the idea of there being more judges using the DPJudge
software. So this wishlist would be a win for USDP, but a loss for the
DPJudge platform and The Pouch, in my opinion.

There are ways to rope me into contributing, but I'm not going to tell
Manus what they are. ;)
