Sorry for that. I did a code change and tested it on Firefox only. Apparently 
IE, and perhaps some other browsers, didn't like it. Should work now. Did you 
try sending press through regular e-mail as a temporary workaround?

The good news is that masters can now send press to the judgekeeper without 
having to include some other recipient. A small bug fix.

Is the press down?  I click on a country name to send press to and then click on 
"Compose" and I get an error message that says "Please specify the press 
recipients".  Did not have this problem last night.
