Well, I might be biased, but Payola is the best way to play Diplomacy.  I
do hope that the community of Payola players re-grows (it had been huge,
and then, as everyone knows, I kinda dropped off the face of the Diplomacy
world for a while, and, well, anyway, I'm kinda back, so let's get this
world up to speed again!)
