The JDPR is alive in name only. The previous maintainer hadn't produced an
update since 2003 and I'm just a placeholder until someone with the right
skill set can be found.

It's a little embarrassing that the link to the algorithm is broken. I have
a note out to the host of the site hoping to find out where we moved that
info.
