Please forgive me for voicing disagreement there. In no way is the VOLE ser=
ies a let-down or disappointment. On the contrary, it is a great service to=
the hobby and an opportunity to play with and against very competent oppon=
ents. Irrespective of whether and when a rating system may be forthcoming, =
we all owe Ed respect and appreciation for stepping forward to host our gam=
es. Ed's expressed intention to develop and introduce a rating system is ju=
st another sign of his willingness to do something meaningful for our commu=
nity. As such, it cannot be held against him even if circumstances prevent =
or delay the implementation of that intent. Rated or not, let's play for th=
e pleasure of communicating and interacting with each other in the Vole gam=
es, which are indeed full of talented players.

Vole was a replacement for Owls or sold as so. Yet after many request it's =
tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow, find out the scoring system later.... heck we a=
re only in 10 games.

Now I understand this is free and that that is that. But don't state you wi=
ll do something and months later nothing. WHAT A LET DOWN!!!!
