I had an idea..can it be done?

I was think how to make games better and how to make it harder for people that know each other to join a game.  I was thinking is there a way to have a league and have multiple games forming that need to have 2 or 3 full games filled then mix the players across the games.

It might take longer to start but it would be the cleanest league ever.


Just wondering.
