I think you need to formulate your idea better. If the intention is to participate in games with dedicated players, consider joining the Vermont Group (http://aefgirt.com/). I'm not a member however, hence I can't comment on how well they know each other. I would think that once you seriously restrict the number of people, it becomes pretty hard to keep games anonymous.
