Hello again

While two people indicated interest, Britain is still
waiting in washdc_02.  (game has just begun, no moves
so far)

CSA just resigned in a brand new Imperial game that
has also not yet moved.  Take a look at washdc_11.

I urge you all to take a look at these games, and
hopefully, sign up.
