Two new games

There's a scarcity of forming games at the moment, so here's my attempt at 
solving that problem:

Game 'sarajevo' is a Standard 1900 game with FTF Press being the only real 
"quirk" as such. This game has one player signed up already, so we're still 
waiting on 6 more to join.

Game 'psychic_sailors' is a Crystal Ball Sailho game, a first for this 
combination of rules and map. All 4 positions are vacant, so if you feel 
like a challenge (and this one will certainly be a challenge), then sign on 
up.

There'll be more games coming soon, but enjoy these humble offerings for 
now.
