Game 'sarajevo' needs a new Austria

Game 'sarajevo' is a white-partial press game of 1900 which needs a new 
Austria. The game has only had the Spring 1900 moves, so you'll have all 
your units and SCs, as well as all of the game in front of you.
As a result, it's hard to say that the position is "good", "bad" or 
indifferent. It certainly isn't a mercy position, and a replacement player 
will certainly be welcomed by all and sundry. So if you've wanted to join a 
1900 game, now would be a great time to join on up.
