Game 'psychic_sailors' needs a new East

Hi everyone.

Game 'psychic_sailors' is the first ever Crystal Ball Sailho game in 
history. Unfortunately, the player who signed up and was assigned East 
didn't bother to put in any orders at the start of the game, so he's been 
kicked off.
The position, therefore, is open to all comers. Again, it is the absolute 
start of the game - so you won't have to contend with huge neighbours 
attacking you. The direction of the power is entirely up to you.
