The opening seasons of the first games of void have been played, therefore I'm at liberty to disclose the solutions of the two void contest winners. You can find these solutions at http://www.floc.net/dpjudge/?game=samppas_void and http://www.floc.net/dpjudge/?game=sloths_void The actual games had a higher drop-off than these optimal cases, with 25 survivors in the press game void and only 20 in the no-press game silentvoid. As a side-effect, there are now a sizable number of players who only got a first taste of the game and are probably willing to give it a second try. For them and for people who want to try it out themself, the games void2 and silentvoid2 have been created, which follow the same format as their predecessors, with me as the principal master. Some had remarked that the Void variant would benefit from starting in Spring instead of in Fall. I have created the game springvoid to put this to a test. This game has normal press. Three games of void are thus forming at the moment of writing, join up and have some fun, however short- or longlived it may turn out to be. Mario. ------------------------ Yahoo!
