Game 'clausewitz' on USDP is a Youngstown Payola game, currently with White-Partial press (and no face-to-face restrictions) and waiting on 9 more players to sign up. The rules are open to change, though. If people want it to be no-press, then I'm amenable to that. Ditto any of the rules about transfers and such.
